Call by the Asia Committee of the European Science Foundation (ESF) for workshop proposals for 2001. Topics: welfare systems; demographic change; social security models; cultural heritage; labor relations in Asia; regional security; the internationalization of business in Asia. The workshops must be collaborative efforts between European and Asian institutions, with financial support of up to EUR 15,000 available.
