Abstract

The minutes of the Council form the basis of the OEEC material as they give testimony to the meetings of the Council, which is the Supreme body of the Organisation, and all matters of importance had to be passed by the Council. The decisions taken by the Council were reached on the basis of the various working papers formulated by the many working parties and committees. These working papers are listed with a reference code number is the minutes and can be searched via this code to get to the title of the working paper, e.g. C(49)005.
